Levon JamesLevon has 29 years of industry experience. Her experience includes a position as the Compliance Officer for a Little Rock Financial Group and as the Operations Manager of the Smith Barney Complex in Arkansas for 16 of her 24 years with the firm. Her responsibilities have provided a strong foundation of FINRA industry experience in operations and compliance.
Levon's focus is in providing quality client service while assuring Marriott & Beale Wealth Advisors is in compliance with all industry regulations and firm policies. Levon holds her Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 investment registrations as well as the Series 8, which is the General Sales Supervisor registration.
Levon grew up in the Crows Station community, graduated from Fountain Lake High School, and attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
Levon and her husband Steve live in Benton, Arkansas. They have three children and two grandchildren.

Prior to joining Marriott & Beale Wealth Advisors, Kathi was executive officer of a realtor association in Illinois. Kathi likes to boat, travel and read by the water. Kathi and her husband Steve reside in Hot Springs Village. They have two children and two graddaughters.

Peggy works part-time and handles all of our client review planning and spreadsheets. She also assists the rest of our team with seminars and bus trips.
